Privacy policy

LDRSIGNAL ("we") runs the LDRSIGNAL website (ldrsignal.com) and mobile app. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and name from Google sign-in (or the email you sign up with), and the username you choose.
• Profile picture: only if you upload one. You can remove it any time in the app.
• Membership and payments: your plan, trial and renewal dates, and payment results (paid, declined). Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and never reach or are stored by us.
• Usage: a random device id, the screen that is open and your language, so we can count live users and send in-app alerts.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• We don't read your contacts, location or messages.

Who processes data for us

• Google (sign-in), our payment provider (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Hostinger (hosting and email).

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your account while it is open. Email customer@ldrsignal.com to get a copy of your data or to delete your account; we do it within 30 days. Payment records are kept as the law requires.

Security

Everything is sent over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.

Children

LDRSIGNAL is not meant for people under 18.
